Last night we had our food tasting and all the 9-course Chinese meal were delicious and satisfying. We hope Chef Tan will keep up with the consistency on 17th October 2009 or we'll not pay the full price (joking but I may blog or talk about it in forums).
Next on the list:
- Wedding cake - I have to pass my wedding caketopper to BigBoysOven
- AV vendor - wedding planner has to confirm this
- Decorator - Have to work out the final details
- Wedding cards - ready to be distributed.
- Guestbook - Need to buy
- Wedding favors - finalise the requirements with vendor
- Day time food catering - identify and confirm the caterer
- Wedding songs - finalise and pass to CK and videographer
- Multimedia presentation - CK to do
- Send gowns to Keith Kee for re-alteration (if required.... if I lose any weight)
- Book mani+pedicure session in advance
- Meet up with E & Z to run through songs they'll be singing
- Arrange boarding for Captain Midnight
- Wine tasting and selection
- Alcohol selection - hard liqor and beer
- Mom's evening gown
- Chayan's little tux
- Mate of honor's tie
- Backdrop design
- Finalise day and night programme with wedding planner
- Write wedding vows
- Task force for the day - have yet to call up the identified relatives and friends. need your assistance on that day
- ....many more.. i shall require assistance from the taskforce.
